十九.
with the intention of ejaculating, after making effort, the semen who ejaculated
为了发泄欲望出精
梦中除外，如此，沙门即[犯了]重（罪）。
the 沙门 who ejaculate semen with the with the intention of ejaculating, having making effort, except dreaming.
二十.
- female perception 2. female human, 3. with the lustfulness of touching the body;
1.知道是女人 2.[为了触碰]做出努力。3.以贪爱之心去触碰 4.[触碰了]女人。如果是这样，比库即犯重罪。
4.fondling 5.after making efford, the 沙门 may violate seriously.

二十一.粗俗语戒

确实！智者所听闻的是：若以爱染之心说下流的言语，提及（三种性交的）道或者性行为。说完之后将触犯重罪。
with the lust of rude speech
二十二.奉侍己欲
after mentioning the benefit of the sexual service for himself with the lust for sexuality;
透过涉及行淫的言语[对女人]讲述：为[比库]自己提供性服务的利益。在行淫的请求讲了之后，即犯重罪。
by the speech about the sexuality, [that's] serious [for him] basing on the sexual request.
二十三、（做媒）
After accepting the delegation of female or male;
after examining and bringing back, the 沙门 may violate seriously.
接受了[传送]消息[的委托]之后，传送消息。调查之后，把[反馈]带回给给男人或女人。比库将会违犯重罪。
二十四、无施主建大孤邸
something self-requested, on the land unapproved, having builded;
an over size hut, self declaring, may violate seriously.
（无施主）自己请求必需品，未经僧团指示建筑位置。建造尺寸超标孤邸，自己要求（建造）。建造之后比库犯重罪。
25.Mahallaka Vihāra
二十五、大住所
the residence with big area, on the land unapproved, having builded;
为了自己居住之用建造大住所，地基未经僧团允许。建造之后比库触犯重罪。
For the purpose of self dwelling, the 沙门 may violate seriously.
26.reprove without reason
二十六、无根据诽谤
groundlessly accusing, barratry, case;
为了[将对方]驱离[僧团]，使其失去比库身份，豪无根据地在对方在场时誣告或唆使[他人]誣告，即触犯重罪。
which can terminate [monkhood] and to fall [him] back, while being listened, may violate seriously.
二十七 [捕风捉影诽谤]
见到其他人的行为，以那沾邊的方式進行誣告。
为了[将对方]驱离[僧团]，使其失去比库身份，看到其它事情，以之为借口[事实与所说只有少许联系]，在对方在场时誣告或唆使[他人]誣告，即触犯重罪。
二十八、[别住与马那达]
在明知的情况下隐瞒已犯的[罪]。如果其别住，别住时间的长度就如同隐瞒的时间一样。
明知犯戒而覆藏，其应别住如覆藏天数。完成别住者应在僧团履行六夜马那达。完成马那达后，二十众僧团令其abbheti。
二十个人的僧团应使那个已经履行马那达的人复权（恢复原状）。
二十九 [覆藏十要素]
二十九、
犯了罪，之前不是被驱逐者，无障碍，
有能力发露，对前四个有认知，
有隐瞒的意图，然后隐瞒。
覆藏十要素: 犯戒、无举罪、无障碍、有[发露]能力、对以上四点有认知、覆藏的企图、当时正在覆藏。在明相生起后[符合]以上十要素即为覆藏。
